Biography
In 2013, Bryan started his finance career as a loan processor at a statewide, nonprofit loan fund in New Brunswick, NJ. After Superstorm Sandy hit the tristate area, he began working with a small team at the loan fund to administer the Gap Funding Initiative (GFI) – a collaborative program between the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund and the American Red Cross. The GFI provided $37.8 million in grant funding to 109 different nonprofit organizations with more than $16 million of these funds focused on housing assistance. Ultimately, the GFI awarded 1,415 New Jersey households with grant funds as they rebuilt their homes after the storm.
From the nonprofit loan fund, Bryan advanced his career by entering the residential mortgage industry where he used his life experience as a guide in his actions. His personal experience included witnessing those close to him be deceived by unscrupulous brokers and mortgage lenders, with some of these individuals eventually losing their homes. Bryan learned from these experiences and dedicated himself to being an ethical, knowledgeable, and customer-centric mortgage professional.
Bryan was introduced to Fellowship through his church community and joined the organization as a Loan Officer in 2016. When talking about why he moved to Fellowship, Bryan cited their dedication, loyalty, and social responsibility as primary motivators. He said, “The biggest drivers at Fellowship are their honesty, integrity, and reputation for doing right by their clients. Working for a financial organization that promotes strong values is important to me and working with individuals who hold strong values in their thoughts, words, and deeds is invigorating.” When discussing what he wants to accomplish for his clients, Bryan said, “My goal is to help Fellowship’s clients realize their home ownership dreams by going above and beyond the competition.”
In 2013, Bryan graduated from Monmouth University with a degree in Finance and Management. While an undergraduate at Monmouth, Bryan was the President of his fraternity and an award-winning student leader. When he’s not working at Fellowship, Bryan enjoys playing soccer, golfing, spending precious time with his family, and exercising regularly. In addition, he is very active in his church community and volunteers his time by working with underprivileged children.
